Sat Aug 20 Run #32 Dedicated to Dick O'Neill
Brilliant morning for a run! Chrissy kept me company. Granby Road is the main thoroughfare in this part of town with some nice quiet streets and well situated houses along both sides. This is where Dick O'Neill lived, on Simonich Drive. As I said in my biography, I was helped along the way by many people. Dick was one of those guiding lights.You know the type. When you remember them you have only good memories. I stopped by his house on the run just to say hello to his bride. It was a great run, felt really good today. Chrissy was pushing me to do a little more than usual. In a way, I am trying to push myself and all of you to do what you can for the people who need the services of Lorraine's Soup Kitchen. Thank you everyone. BTW I now have passed the halfway point in the run!
