Saturday, July 2 Run#2
It was a beautiful summer morning made for a run. Drove to Willimansett and started running by 8am. Saw people walking to the corner cafe for breakfast. On Chicopee Street I went past Corinthian Salon and Distinctive Marketing in its new location at the corner of Lawndale St. I grew up in this area. As a 10 year old you really do not pay much attention to the houses. But when you are (ahem!) older you appreciate what it takes to maintain a home and a neighborhood. These are quiet streets with big oak trees generously shading both walkers and runners alike from the suns rays. I am signed up for the 4th of July road race in Springfield, so the next run will be Tuesday.
