Thursday July 21 - Run #12
Another hot day calling for an early run. Today was a tough one. Every street had to be run twice. Cul de sac and dead ends built into a big hill going up Britton and James from the Chicopee/S Hadley Falls border up to Fairview. I will be back up on the flats tomorrow, in and around Rte 33 and Britton (upper). Making great progress though! 3 weeks into the run of 15 weeks (20%). But I need to start increasing the miles per week from 4 to 5. Remember, we can go the extra mile together with Lorraine's Soup Kitchen for our neighbors.
